Before You Call
It depends on lot size, how much trimming and edging the property needs, and how much of it is fenced or sloped. That is why every estimate is free and done in person — we would rather look at the property than guess over the phone.
Mid to late spring, once the ground has fully thawed, or in the fall. Spring mulch locks in moisture ahead of summer and suppresses weeds before they get going; fall mulch insulates roots through the winter. Mulching too early in spring traps cold in the soil and slows everything down.
Seasonal maintenance runs on a simple written agreement so your day and price are locked in — but there is nothing buried in it. One-time work like a cleanup, a mulch job, or a hedge trim needs no agreement at all.
No. For routine maintenance we just need access to the yard. For the first estimate it helps if you are there so we can walk the property together, but we can also do it on our own and follow up by phone.
We push to the next workable day that week. Cutting a saturated lawn tears the turf and leaves ruts, so waiting a day is better for the grass than sticking to the calendar.
Yes — storefronts, offices, multi-unit buildings and HOAs. Commercial accounts get a set schedule, one point of contact, and a scope written out so there is no ambiguity about what is covered.
